Kenny had never met a Healer himself, always having gone to a muggle doctor, but they had always been nice to him. It was shots that had him balling like a baby. "It's bad enough to be stuck in a hospital. I don't see why the Healers would want to make it worse by being grouches."

"Because I'm such a dork I can make the kids laugh." Kenny nodded his argeement although he knew that wasn't what Astoria had meant.

Kenny returned the smile. "I thought as much." He nodded slowly in understanding, only to laugh a moment later.

Astoria laughed too, shaking her head fondly. "I'm very glad to have met you" She told him a moment later, grinning, "Much better than watching gears turn."

"Aw, shucks." Kenny scoffed his shoe on the floorboard. "Thanks. No surprise, I'm sure, that I feel the same way about having met you." Astoria was great company, real nice and funny to boot.

Astoria beamed; it wasn't often that she got compliments like that, really. Most people just said so out of politeness. "Thank you" She responded. "Were you just going to hang around here until dinner?"

"Yeah," Unlike most people who had busy social schedules, Kenny had plenty of free time on his hands. His school work was completed right away so that wasn't an issue and his rounds were completed after dinner so that time between his last class and dinner, excluding the hour it took him to finish any work he got, left him roaming around. "Just sort of ended up here in my wandering."

"Well, I was thinking about going to the library, if you want to come along" Astoria offered, since she wouldn't be opposed to spending the time with him, despite being the type to study alone.

"As long as I'm not putting you out any by tagging along I'd love to." Kenny beamed. He liked the library, or rather all the books in it. It appealed to his nerdy nature.

Quickly catching up with her, which wasn't hard at all, Kenny casually stuffed his hands in his pockets. "Do you have something specific that you needed to do in the library or are you like me and just like being in there to read for pleasure?"
