Kurtis was holed up in the boys dorm, reading a book on Divination. It was by far his worst subject, because he just didn't understand its purpose, and so he was trying to pick it up and figure out more about it by reading background novels, but it didn't seem to be going as well as he would have hoped. Just as he was about to give up, he heard someone coming in and hid the book quickly under his pillow. No one needed to know his shortcomings!

Kevin planned to take a short nap before supper but when he entered his dorm room, laying eyes on one of his room mates, that notion quickly disappeared. "Good Afternoon Kurtis." He greeted cordially heading over to his bed to lay down. If he wasn't going to get any sleep he could at least rest. "How are you?"

"Not particularly." He was a cynic so that much should have been obvious but Kevin humored Kurtis with an answer nonetheless. "Unless you count an ever elusive pink haired female." Which Kevin wasn't sure would count considering it would have been considered good only if he'd run into her, which he hadn't.

Kevin doubted that Kurits was asking for a definition of elusive considering Kevin knew the boy to be relatively smart. "I mean that I haven't seen her for a while."

"No." Kevin hadn't made any declaration like that but if he wereto date someone he figured that Rose was a likely option.
