Well he really shouldn't have been surprised by Katie's interest. Graham did have a way about him. "I was merely trying to be respectable." He informed, prioritizing. "If that is what you're up for it would be an honour."

"We'll see, won't we?" Katie answered, though now she wasn't sure. In fact, she had a feeling it wouldn't happen if only because he had said no already. She did shoot him a smile, though, a very alluring one, as they continued on. After a few drinks, who knew what would happen.

Graham was a little taken aback by the beauty of Katie's smile, though he shouldn't have been. Katie truly was a beautiful girl but her tomboy attitude made people look past that, or so it seemed. "Yes, we will." He agreed. Graham had to be careful here. He was supposed to set things up for Marcus not have Katie liking him.

He wasn't sure what to tell Katie about himself. Something general maybe? But she would probably see through that and if he went too deep she would think he was trying to hard. "Well I'm a pretty simple guy, for the most part. I live that typical pureblood lifestyle but I stray from the path of purity, so to speak. I like muggle brawling and muscle cars, I've also got a fondness for this contraption called a roller coaster. Are you familiar with it?"

Katie nodded. She was a pureblood, but not in the "stereotypical" sense. As in, she grew up in a muggle neighbourhood and her parents didn't talk about magic until she was eleven. "I'm better on those rides that spin, though" She informed. "Muggle brawling? You mean... fighting without magic, or...?"

The ones that spun made Graham nauseous, but Graham found it best not to mention that. Some things were better left unsaid he figured. "Yeah, fighting without magic." He did realize that the things he'd mentioned would, in the muggle world, consider him butch but Graham didn't mind. His father would approve, well not about the muggle aspect but everything else.
