"No, you seem like a nice person." It could certainly be much worse. Elle could fall for some guy that was a jerk, that would be cruel to her just because he could.

Wasn't a compliment he got often, but it wasn't one he didn't like. George smiled, a genuine little smile, "Well thanks" He said genuinely, "You don't seem so bad, yourself!"
