We're pretty easy going here. There are a few things you should know, though, before you join. We are a beginner's site. We're looking for this to be a fun experience. To be completely honest, we prefer shorter posts - we like that it's a quick bit of fun that you can have between the stresses of daily life. You'll notice that our canon list doesn't have ages. We don't have a set year in HP canon. We're highly AU; Cedric's alive, Wood's still in school, Harry and the gang haven't run off hunting Horcruxes. This isn't about rules, it's about fun. There are some things we'd like you to do, though. Change your display name to your character's first and last name in all lowercase letters, please. That's right; one character per account. You can have as many characters as you like, as long as you keep up with them. Also keep in mind that all characters must have a celebrity play by - keep scene kids to a minimum, please, unless you've got a really good reason. On that note, graphics shouldn't stretch the board, and make them... well, pretty. If you need graphics, send an admin a pm, they'll make you some lovely ones. Oh - and just so we're all aware, we don't do non-canon canons; no Voldemort's daughter, no Black family carry on, and Harry has no siblings. Sorry! We don't have a cbox, but we do have a chat thread. Use it to make plots and friends, do what you need to do. Don't spam the chat though, please - posts there don't count towards your posting total anyway, so there's really no need. Now, we're a character driven RP, so that means there's no overarching plot. There might be site wide events once in a while, but that's about it. Don't control other people's characters without their permission. Be respectful. Follow Proboards terms of service. Make friends.
