Nix walked down the first floor Corridor with her book bag slung over one shoulder and her wand inbetween her fingers. She flicked it back and forth as she walked along and then would flick it into a spell position in one movement and pause to nod to herself and then smile. She walked down the corridor until she came to room 19 ,she stopped outside it and then pushed the large wooden door open and looked around inside, it was empty. She gave a dark smile and leaned away from the door and reached to her robe pocket to get her black ribbon and sniggered

Book open in hands, Chris walked towards the classroom she had been planning on practicing in almost on auto-pilot. It wasn't until she heard a snigger that she realized someone had got there ahead of her. The girl appeared not to have noticed her yet and was taking a ribbon out of her pocket. Chris raised her eyebrows "Hair dressing practice?" She inquired pleasantly, a bland smile on her face.

Nix hears foot steps behind her and felt her hands curl In to fists and her eyes narrow and turned around slowly ,"if you knew me, you'd be stepping away now" she said in a sharp voice and twicthes her wand slightly to make it sit better in her hand and then turned around and faced the window behind the desk that would have belonged to the teacher and muttered quietly to herself and flicked her wrist and a bolt of bright red light shot out from her wand and shot through the window and there was a sound Like cannon fire outside and nix grinned

Chris watched the girl with the same bland smile. She was neither impressed nor intimidated by the red head's threat. Wand resting easily in her hand she smiled slightly when the girl cast her spell. "I'd work on subtlety a bit more if I were you. Anyone can blast something to smithereens, its getting away with it that's difficult. For some" Closing her book she narrowed her eyes very slightly "I do hope you weren't planning on staying long. This is the room I usually use for practice you see. It would be a bit...inconvenient... to share"

Nix rolled her eyes and looked over her sholder at the other girl ,"yea well, I'm in here every other day for this lesson set so you can't use it all that much" she said in a bitter voice and then nodded and faced the wall again and thought of the summer before hand. She remember the first time she had paws and the first time she'd had a tail and then snapped her eyes open and flicked her wand again ,"expecto patroum" she hissed and then burst into victorious laughter as a huge timber wolf burst outfrom her wand and ran down the length of the room and then pushed off on the wall and ran back to her and lowered it's head and nix gave a dark grin and sniggered again

Chris's expression did not change. "One lesson, every other day. Yes, a huge amount of time I agree" Her tone remained civil but the sarcasm shone through. She didn't bother mentioning that she used the room mostly at night. "Ahh...Canis lupus lycaon" She observed, watching the girl produce her patronus. "The eastern timber wolf" She perched casually on a desk and rolled up her sleeves "I think you're overdoing the whole wicked witch image thing though. Now..." She twirled her wand between her fingers, mentally running over her practice schedule "Are you done?"

Nix rolled her eyes and tried not to growl under her breath and then curled her hands into fists. "what the hell do you want?" she hissed and turned around and looked at the other girl ,"I have stuff to do and I tend to do it here normay so I don't see why I should leave when I was here first and I'm the one with the anger issues and unstable mind" she growled and the wolf disappeared from her side but nix could feel her arms heating up. Her head grew warm quickly and she could feel a pain she knew well beginning to build up, she shook her self to try and clear her head and focus again but her body just kept getting hotter and hotter

"Not the wisest things to admit to" Chris commented "But i do acknowledge that you were here first and will therefor wait" Seeing the girl go rather red she frowned slightly "You look a bit feverish. Allow me" She flicked her wand and cast a cooling charm, not really bothered about if it helped or not but curious.

Nix felt the blood in her body get warmer and her vision blurred she tipped to one side. She knew the girl had meant no harm and was only being playful and stupid but she also knew that her emotions set herself off and that she couldn't stop herself once she started. Her eyes widened in panic and she looked over at the other girl and shook her head widely ,"get back, and don't say I didn't warn you" she said and then her legs gave way and she tipped forwards and hit the wooden floor with a sickening thump. She dropped forwards and reached her hands out to steady herself and her hair fell around her face and hide her face. She felt the pain shot through her legs and the sound of ripping fabric filled the room as nix gritted her teeth in pain and her bones began to shift shape and move around

Chris's eyes widened as she saw the girl start to change. No wonder the cooling charm hadn't worked. She was an animagus. After the initial shock had worn off she leapt to her feet, locking the door and casting a muffling charm then a shield charm, just to be safe."I'm presuming." She bit out as she faced the girl again "That most people don't know about this and can only hope you're registered. Did it never occur to you to take a potion, at least while you were in school? What If I had been a first year....Or someone like Smith or Malfoy?" She wasn't expecting a reply, obviously. She glared instead. Some people had little to no sense. This girl was obviously one of them. Temperamental, egotistical, and rash. Typical Gryffindor. She wasn't at all worried about her safety, she was fast with her wand and having learned her lesson in the dungeons earlier that week had cast a shield that would repel physical attack as well.

Nix felt her eyes roll and a low hissed escaped from her ,"if you had been some else, I'd would have forced you to leave before I got this annoyed" she said in broken words as her the bones in her legs began to snap and re-form ,"yes I am registered and did you ever consider I like being an animal as opposed to a human so that's why I let myself change?" she hissed and leaned against the cold stone wall as she felt her skin begin to burn as fur pushed its way up through her muscles and pores. "any more questions?" she said in a broken voice and lifted her head to look at the girl with a furry black face and Amber eyes and then she dropped her head and felt her eyes water as she slipped away from being human and her change moved faster. Her arms shifted to form huge black paws and her legs bent backwards to become hind legs and then her school uniform ripped as she grew upwards and fur pushed out from her, only a few seconds later a black wolf was standing in the same place and Panting

" All the more reason to try and be discreet. You're in a school, and your animagus form is a wolf. The possibility of serious problems is there" She allowed a small smile to break through as she regarded the girl, well, wold now. "I have to admit you make a good wolf" She paused a second "Say....do you retain wolf senses when you're human...smell and sound. How useful if you do" She got out her book before thinking of something. Flicking her wand in the direction of the door she unlocked it before becoming absorbed once again in her book.

Nix rolled an Amber eye and flicked her tail andthen turned her head and walked back to the desh where she had dropped her school bag and pushed the flap on it's top open and then poked her muzzle inside and pulled out her qudditch robes with her teeth and then lifted her head and dropped them onto the desk and nodded her head. She didn't keep all the things from beig wolf to a human, her emotions were higher than human and she could hear better than them but that was about it, but she had never tried the scent thing. She leaned back and sat down on her haunches and then looked around the room, it looked so different to before hand ,but that of course was one of the pluses of being a wolf

"Hmmm" Chris regarded the wolf in front of her with interest. "It must be nice to be able to do that" She mused. "I know I'd love to. Not a wolf perhaps...maybe an owl. Or a eagle. I've always wanted to know what its like to be a bird. Quidditch is as close as I can get." She pointed her wand at the girl's torn school robes and muttered a few quick reparos. She waited for a second, debating something. Clearing her throat, she asked "I hope you wont take offense, but would you mind if I umm...patted your fur? I know it sounds a bit silly...but I doubt I'll ever get this close to another wolf....Just shake your head or growl if you'd rather I didn't"

Nix sniggered and rocked forwards on her paws and took a few small steps forwards or what was small steps for her and then sat down right next to the other girl and then huffed and leaned up against the desk and laid down beside the desk the girl was next to and looked up at her as if to say knock yourself out. She dropped her shaggy head down and rested it on her paws and then smiled to herself ,"I wonder how daring she is....I wonder if she'd come out tonight?" she thought to herself and looked out up at the sky and smiled again and then rested her head on her paws again
