"Because my opinion is always right," Ernie replied, jogging down the stairs after her. He knew he wasn't always was, but he was a lot more than most people.

Amused, Elle giggled. Ernie would think such a thing, but then she supposed most people were under the impression that their opinions were indisputably correct. "Oh right, of course."
