"That's what lunch is for!" Ernie exclaimed. "And breakfast," he added with an appreciative smile. "I can get a good rest, be up early to do everything I need, and still talk to my friends without it getting in the way of classes."

"Two in the morning is for sleeping." Ernie corrected. "Eating time is also socializing time. Otherwise, you would just grab food and eat during class, or in the hallways." His words didn't exactly make sense, but the flaw in eating in his exampled places was lost on him.
