Alicia felt blah, it was really the only word she could possibly use to describe how she was feeling. So, had holed herself up in one of the classrooms of the second floor. Feet propped up on the desk in front of her she had found an empty metal bucket in the room, sat it on the desk and was ripping pieces of parchment up, balling them, and tossing them into the bucket. Hey, she figured she might as well work on her aim while she was lounging. Never hurt a Chasers game.

Now, Katie was having a brilliant day. Her Potions essay, which she had been sure she would fail, came back an O, and she couldn't be brought down by much of anything. That was why she was hunting someone else to hang around with; she wanted to bask in her own glory and spread her amazing mood to someone else. She saw a brunette duck into a classroom and recognized the back of her head (from the time spent following her around the pitch) as Alicia, so followed. When she walked in to see the other Chaser tossing parchment, she grinned. "Care for some company?"

Lazily, Alicia lolled her head to see the smiling face of her team mate; Katie. She had always been fond of the girl considering they had quite a bit in common and all-in-all Katie was just a cool chick. "Love it." Alicia offered a smile of her own though it didn't hold the brilliancy that Katie's did. "What's got you so chipper?"

"Did well in potions" Katie answered, sitting down beside Alicia and adding some more parchment to the stack the other girl was using as quaffles, "What's got you so down?"

"Oh congrats." Potions was definitely not Alicia's best subject. But her mind had immediately gone to thinking that Wood had finally asked Katie out or something bringing on that amount of joy. "Not down, just stuck with an epic case of boredom. Hope it isn't contagious." Misery loved company, but the grin on her face was enough to let Katie know she was only teasing.

"Impossible, I'm in too great a mood. We should do something - sneak off to Hogsmeade or harass the boys - or harass the boys into sneaking us off the Hogsmeade!" Katie suggested, balling up a bit of parchment and tossing it expertly into the can across the room.

That seemed like a decent idea. Alicia nodded her agreement. "Well if we seek out the twins there wont be any need for harassment." The Weasley twins were always up for that sort of thing. "Still could though- would be fun."

"Well that's if we want them to come with us - which I'm not yet sure we do... think of all the fun we could have; we'll find Ang and convince the twins to tell us how to get out, then we'll floo out to London for a girls' day or something" Katie suggested, feeling that the three of them would likely be able to pick up many men all on their own.

"Ooh!" Alicia visibly perked up at the idea. She did need to get out of Hogwarts, it was what was making her so bloody bored after all. A change of pace was definitely the remedy for that. "We should. Definitely should. And if the twins aren't willing to tell us we'll just have to force it out of them." Alicia grinned wickedly.

"Well between you and Ang I'm sure they'd be willing to tell - they're in love with the two of you, you know." Katie pointed out, smiling, "You and George - well it sure would be cute."

In love? Alicia didn't know about that, but they did get along well and there was a certain fondness between them. She had always just written it off as them being friends on top of team mates. "Really?" Alicia asked a bit dumbfounded by the idea. She had never thought about it like that and now that the idea was introduced she wasn't sure how she should feel. They were such good friends and Alicia didn't know all that much about romantic relationships, she didn't want to ruin anything between them. "Are you sure?" Alicia checked. What if he did? Why wouldn't he have said anything to her before or at least hinted it? Maybe he had and she was just too daft to notice.

"Huh..." Alicia mused. She was sort of a wash when it came to that sort of thing. She never knew when she was flirting with people or when they were flirting with her (though could usually tell when two separate parties were flirting), and unless it came out naturally all on its own- Alicia was a horrible flirt. So found it best that she didn't even try. "Well hot damn. I didn't know."

Just like Oliver. One and the same. She wasn't about to say that out loud, because.. well, Alicia knew how much Oliver ignored Katie's feelings (or didn't notice them, at least) and how it made Katie feel, and if she legitimately hadn't noticed, Katie didn't want to make Alicia feel bad for George. "Everyone else did!" She said instead.

That was so sad, but didn't really surprise her. Everyone that knew her did know that she was a dope when it came to that sort of thing, oblivious really. "How come no one said anything to me about it earlier? Or George even for that matter?"
