Nix sniggered again and then her ears twitched on her head as she caught the sound of bird song out side and smiled to herself, she loved walking around like this. In a school of magic where everyone is there because they are different it's hard to stand out but nix had been one to try and find away and it seemed that growing a tail and ears seemed to do that for her. "I don't see why more people don't do this aside the fact it's hard, I love having ears and the tail is a handy bonus too" she said with a mischievous grin on her face ,he was defiantly werided out by her newly grown body parts it seemed

"Because its werid." Luke drawled, feeling that he was having to state the obvious. "I never saw the appeal myself... more than content with being human- top of the food chain, higher intelligence and all. No need to be something we're not. Besides humans act animalistic enough without having to look like them." His opinion was the only one that mattered to Luke.

Nix rolled her eyes and then looked the bit over and sniggered at her conversation with one of her ravenclaw freinds about the main reason for guys being jerks, she gave a small smirk and tried to focus her head on something else but of course ,ange's voice was not one she quickly forget, even more so with the route their little discussion had taken. She lauhed quietly to herself and then ran a hand through her hair and brushed the fur on her ears up and then reached behind herself to her tail and flicked the fur on it upright and then looked at the hufflepuff, "I thought you guys were meant to be kind and caring? You get rejected by the slytherins or something? " she asked with her smirk on her face growing

Watching the girl primp, especially her ears and tail, was irritating. It gave Luke the impression that she was vain, which he didn't typically mind but something about the girl made him more prone to irritation than he already was. "I don't get rejected." He informed her flippantly. It was true because Luke was never interested in girls that he didn't know were a sure thing.

Nix rolled her eyes and then flicked her ears and her tail rolled up in to a ball and she looked over at the boy again ,"I think someone is over-compensating for something or a situation" she said with a deep smile and then narrowed her eyes ,"who hurt you meaning you had to hurt everyone else?" she asked and her voice grew slightly bitter as she spoke as her tail flicked angrily behind her

Some people were just mean for absolutely no other reason than it suited them. Luke didn't feel that he was over-compensating for anything. But it wasn't in his nature to leave a snarky response un-used. "Oh, is this share our childhood trauma time? Okay, well I guess it started when I was five. I really wanted a pink and purple polka dotted unicorn that burped rainbows and farted sparkles for Christmas... but my parents fucking failed me. That's when it all changed." His tone had been far too sarcastic to be taken seriously even if what he had said wasn't a bold faced lie.

Nix rolled her eyes and then sniggered ,"you made your own yet?" she asked with a raised eyebrow as her tail flicked out behind her, she disnt understand why some people came from good places and yet were dicks and then good people came from the total hell holes. She would of had reason to be a bitch should she want to, a father who beats you and a whole family who hate your guts give you plently of reason to be sour, but nix had done her best to never sink to their level

"Made my own what?" Luke asked snuffing his cigarette out on the wall. It had burned down to the filter anyway. Rather than doing the responsible thing, because lets face it he never did the right thing, Luke let the butt fall to the ground carelessly. That was what House Elves were for anyway, keeping up the cleaniness of the castle. So as he saw it he was just giving them something to do, making them feel useful.

Nix laughed and her smirk widened on her face as she lifted her head and looked directly a the hufflepuuf boy "a pink and purple polka dotted unicorn that burps rainbows and farts sparkles, made your own yourself?" she asked a second time and she chuckled quietly. She looked past the stupid and immature boy to the window behind him and nodded her herself ,it was getting dark now but it was still early afternoon so that meant that there was a storm coming in, nix smiled as her tail wagged behind her as she thought of the fun she and the wolves could be able to have in a storm

"You can't make your own unicorn, they're living creatures, not to mention endangered." Luke shook his head at how daft the girl was. What was he own to do make a piñata version. Hey, that was actually a good idea, Luke figured that he could use the girl's head as the empty container.

Nix rolled her eyes and then stood up and opened her school bag and looked inside for a moment and then nodded and dipped her hand inside it and took out her gloves and then flicked the top of her bag over again. She held the gloves up and looked at the quickly and then nodded and pulled them on to her hands ,they were black dragonskin leather but were fingerless ,but of course that was why she liked them. She slid her wand in to her robe pocket and the tapped the side of her head and looked the boy other ,"quite frankly, your a rather stuck up jerk and really overly full of your, I still believe your covering for something but your to wrapped up to seem to try to care so why should I" she said and then dipped her head in a slight bow

"Exactly." Luke confirmed. "Why do you care? And what makes you think that what your opinions are have any sort of heft when it comes to me? Honestly everything you've said to me is useless drivel." He already knew he was a jerk, it was what he went for most of the time, and Luke also knew that he was full of himself so this girl informing him of the fact, he felt, was just stating the obvious. "Anyway, you're clearly a nutter. Over compensating, please." Luke scoffed.

"i always try to be friendly on first terms but It seems some people just aren't worth any bother, its not much ifs a shock your I forced to sit here alone in an empty corridor and smoke yourself to death rather than actually have some feeinds and go outside but it is and soon will be your funeral" she said with narrowed eyes and then she lifted a hand and ran it through her red hairy mess it up a little more ,"sometimes caring gets you somewhere, not that you'd know" she said in a much more bitter voice Han she'd spoken in before
