"We can't always get what we want" Blaise agreed, though his words were in terms of both his want and hers - she wasn't getting her bag back.

Morag bit her tongue to keep from lashing out at him. "But you can get what you need." She countered. He needed sex, he just wanted it to be with her. She needed her letters out of the bag, but wanted her bag as well. "You can keep my bag but I do need something out of it. We can compromise, can't we?"

"Compromise is for the weak. Besides that, you refuse to budge on your answer, and so do I." Blaise answered, then shrugged. "Unfortunately, that's all there is.

"I can't, Blaise." Morag stressed. She stepped up to him though. "I need those papers for my next class." She informed. True it wasn't homework but Morag had planned to reply to them during her next lesson. "You wouldn't want to get me in trouble, would you?" If she didn't get them back Morag would be in a world of trouble.

Appealing to pity? "That's below you" Blaise informed with a small frown. "Sorry princess, you don't get what you want until I do." He told her simply, sidestepping her again.

It wasn't about pity, it was about logic. Morag matched his step and one upped advancing on him. "I get into trouble and you getting what you want will be postponed even longer." She pointed out what she had been getting at in the first place. Morag was becoming impatient. Her hand came up to tenderly run over his cheek. "Come now Kitten, helping me helps you." She was lying but it was necessary.

"No it doesn't" Blaise informed, Smirking, "But nice try."

Nothing was working with him! She wondered how much longer she could avoid the truth before changing her tactics. "Wouldn't you rather find Audrey to satisfy your needs? You do like her better after all." Morag tried to put a bitter tone to it but wasn't sure about the delivery.

"We both know that isn't true, and even if it was, you wouldn't care" Blaise pointed out - she hadn't even convinced him with that tone!

"Wait, it isn't true?" This actually had surprised Morag. She had thought that Blaise did like Audrey, liked her differently than he did other girls, otherwise why would he have even bothered with the whole request.

It was partly. "I'd rather sleep with you." He answered instead of answering the direct question. Besides that, Audrey was... well, not pureblood. He couldn't actually be with her, so...

Morag really did hate to disappoint if Blaise was being truthful with her, which she had a feeling that he was, at least enough to make it count. "I'm sorry. I'm just unavailable right now." She gave him a hopeful look, he'd know what that meant, wouldn't he?

That meant one of two things; lady days or dating someone. "Why?" He asked, to be sure, because if it was the former she'd have a good enough reason.

"I can't say." Morag couldn't either. Once Blaise was made aware of what was keeping her off limits he would understand because he knew who her father was, what he wanted. But it was more than that. Morag also didn't want to betray Draco for personal reasons. She actually liked him.

"You're going to have to" Blaise told her simply. He was trustworthy, and she knew that about him. One couldn't have so many partners without being tight lipped (figuratively.)
