Why had Morag come all the way to the outskirts of Hagrid's Cabin going along the edge of the Forbidden Forest? Quite simple; because she wasn't supposed to be seen in the manner that she currently was. As a Quidditch player, and to generally keep in shape, Morag ran. Dressed in a pair of baby blue sweat pants and a white tank top, her her in a high pony tail- no make-up to speak of, Morag had spent the better part of fifteen minutes that evening running. She was a little bit sweaty, her hair sticking the the nape of her neck, and she stopped at a stump to rest for a moment. Morag bent over, stretching, touching her toes and held the position for a minute before switch to another position, her right foot propped up on the stump and leaned over to work her leg muscles so she didn't get cramped when she started running again.

Giovanna was taking a stroll around the grounds, not quite thinking of anything in particular, but generally just thinking. She had the hood of her cloak up and at the moment, she was skulking around the edge of the forest. A little inkling told her that she wanted to go inside, but she didn't feel like getting out her wand to defend herself from whatever was inside the cover of the trees, whether it be friend or foe.
Just then, a girl whipped by her, running quite fast. Giovanna recognized her as the chaser for the Ravenclaw team. They had played matches together before and the girl seemed alright. Giovanna didn't approve of a lot of people, but at least she was a pureblood, so she was alright in Giovanna's books.
Giovanna continued to walk and eventually she reached the girl as she was taking a rest from her run. "Good day for a run, hm?" Giovanna smirked. She enjoyed seeing people in a vulnerable state and not at their best. It was amusing to Giovanna; a good break from her less than entertaining stroll around the grounds.

Morag sucked in a deep breath of the cooling evening air a little irritated with herself that she hadn't brought along some water, but she never did feeling that carrying it around with her would be a hindrance. Instead she was greeted by a familiar voice. Giovanna was someone relatively new in Morag's life, having transferred not too long ago, but the two seemed to get along well enough.
Turning to face the girl, Morag straightened her posture up, although not too pleased that someone other than her Quidditch team mates was seeing her in this current state didn't sit all that well with her, she was glad that it hadn't been someone she wanted to look good for, a particular someone actually. "I thought so." Morag offered a welcoming smile. "But I run everyday, after all you don't get to looking this good by lounging about all day." She wasn't intentionally being vain but rather playful.

Giovanna remained standing as she conversed with the girl, watching her straighten up. "Yes, I suppose it isn't as natural for some people." Giovanna smiled at the girl. If Morag had been anyone else, particularily someone who was overly sensitive and nice, this conversation would have gone a completely different direction. But Giovanna and Morag were similar in ways that allowed them to talk like this without getting too offended. Not that Giovanna cared, though. She knew that she offended people all the time. But it was nice that she got along with Morag in a way that didn't annoy or disgust Giovanna like a lot of the Gryffindors did. There were too many people around Hogwarts like that, she thought.

A delicate brow was arched at Giovanna's comment, but not because Morag was offended but because she was amused. Most people wouldn't even insinuate such a thing to her but there Giovanna was being completely comfortable with it. Morag had to give her props for that. "Maybe you should start running with me." Morag returned in the same casual tone, but only so Giovanna would get one over on her. However, if the girl agreed Morag wouldn't mind. "What are you doing sulking around the Forbidden Forest?"

"Running? No." Giovanna couldn't even believe that she suggested it. Well, leave it to a Ravenclaw to say whatever is on their ever crowded mind. "Not in these clothes." Giovanna was wearing her cloak, which was long and would not be good for running in. Underneath, she didn't have clothes that were any better for running or exercise. "May be another time," Giovanna said, though she had no intention of going on runs with the Ravenclaw in front of her.
"Sulking? Hardly." Giovanna was not impressed by that comment. Sulking was for sad little Gryffindors. "Just taking a walk, thinking things over, you know? Sometimes I just need to be alone." More like always need to be alone, she thought inwardly. "Away from all of the.. annoyances." Giovanna decided that word was the best one to use.

She hadn't meant now. Morag was a fashion sensible person for the most part and knew better than to think that Giovanna could get any where fast in her particular attire. She wasn't bloody daft. Morag didn't correct her meaning though thinking it not all that important. Morag liked running solo anyway, it allowed her mind to race right along with her without any interruptions.
"I understand." Morag informed. She was the same way, but then everyone had their limits and required that kind of solitude, some quiet reflection. "Any particular annoyance?"
