Morag had a long list of things to do while in Diagon Alley and as nice as the shops in Diagon Alley were there were some items that she just couldn't get there, which was why, unabashedly, she was down Knockturn Alley. She had a strong mind to head toward the street peddlers first but as she walked down main street she hadn't yet decided. They did have an awful tendency to swindle people and Morag didn't take kindly to that at all.

Draco had been just on his way out of Knockturn when he spotted Morag, and, without hesitation, leisurely walked up to her. He could have commented on her being out of place - but that wasn't his concern. "If you wanted to find me you could have just asked," He smirked instead.

Laying eyes on Draco a little smile flitted onto Morag's lips. "What good would that have done, really? I was under the impression that you weren't the type to come when beckoned." She stopped looking him over with appreciation.

"Depends who's beckoning" Draco reminded her, offering his arm "Where are you off to?"

Morag raised a brow at the comment but didn't say anything about it. She wasn't about to turn away Draco Malfoy, she was a brat not stupid, so laced her arm with his. Her parents found out about her being disrespectful to a Malfoy they'd do something drastic... like put a limit on how much money she could spend. "I was thinking of checking out what they street peddlers had to offer today." They always had a vast variety and new items every day.

"They generally have interesting things on offer - though they also tend to swindle anyone they can." Draco agreed, leading her in that direction now that she had expressed interest. "Anying particular you're looking for?"

"Good thing you're with me then. They wouldn't dare pull that with a Malfoy." A good ego stroking was key to keep the boy happy, although it wasn't the only stroking that would. Keeping Draco happy was key for keeping her excessive spending unrestricted. Besides he was entertaining and pleasant all around for her. "Nothing particular from them, but I did need to stop at the Apothecary for some specialty items."

Draco knew the ego stroke wasn't genuine, but didn't mention it - she was trying. "I just came from the Apothecary, they're out of lacewing flies which I found odd."

"That is strange." Potions was Morag's worst subject so couldn't really recall which potions included lacewing flies, not that it mattered. What people did was their business, good or bad didn't matter to Morag. Her ego stroking, at least the verbal part wasn't all that genuine, the other stuff was though so she figured that more than made up for it. Seeing a twenty-something year old wizard leering at her Morag planted a deep kiss on Draco making a wonderful visual display of it until she heard a gruff scoff. Pulling away she licked her lips. "Sorry about that." Was she really? Not at all. "Anyway how have you been?"

"Better now," Draco murmured, watching as the potential suitor stalked off in a huff. "Glad I could be of service, at least." He added, "All in all I've been well, what about you?" He had heard, of course, about her bedding Blaise, not that it bothered him; he slept around, why couldn't she?

"I bet, especially since now I owe you." Morag winked. Not that they had to exchange favors for her to be willing to sleep with him. But it was her way of confirming that she too would be of service since he'd taken time out of his schedule to escort her. Knockturn Alley wasn't really that safe a place for a girl like her. "I've been great. You know me, keeping busy." The elderly witch that was selling jewelry gave Morag a smile holding up an emerald necklace to entice her, it worked too cause that was the direction she headed stopping at the stall to browse.

Draco watched her, bemused. A promise of sex wasn't something to scoff at, but contrary to what Morag probably believed, he wasn't escorting her so she would sleep with him; not only did he have nothing better to do, but she was actually interesting to be around. He knew of her exploits, but again cared little; she could do what she wanted as long as she made time to do what he wanted, too. Most of the jewellery at the stall looked fake to Draco, but he wouldn't mention that in front of the dealer, instead picking up a tennis bracelet that had cubic zirconia instead of diamonds, "How much is this, then?" He asked her, to which the woman spewed some ridiculous price and Draco shook his head. "It's not worth the tablecloth it's sitting on," He muttered to Morag.

She didn't get jewelry from street peddlers anyway, it had to be custom made or Morag turned her nose up at owning it, but when it came to shopping she was an avid browser, even for the trivial like fake jewelry. The bracelet that Draco was asking about was cute but nothing more than costume jewelry polished to shine. "Then maybe you can give it to Pansy." Morag suggested with a sarcastically sweet smile. She wasn't fond of the girl, obviously.

"If it's not worth the tablecloth it's hardly worth the help" Draco pointed out, though they both knew he was being untrue; he had bought Pansy jewellery in the past, and he would again, but that hardly seemed important when a stunner like Morag was in the picture.

Morag laughed softly not at all bothered that Draco was only humoring her. Although she didn't understand it he seemed to actually have a mild fondness for Parkinson. If he wanted to deal with her drama though that was his business. All the gems that were set into the necklace, bracelets, and earrings were fake and Morag was certain that they chains weren't real either, silver and gold plated. Scooting down the line of peddlers she looked over what all the next stall had to offer. Just as she was about to pick up a china doll to examine it better the peddler brushed her hand away hurriedly saying that it was cursed and not to touch it. She frowned deeply. Why would someone curse a little girl's doll unless they hoped to curse a little girl?
