"I can walk you to your common room if you'd like." Kenny offered. He wasn't overly intimidating, so probably didn't give that sense of protection like a bigger, more manly sort of guy would, but it was better than nothing, right?

Chris smiled "Thanks, If you're sure you don't have to finish patrolling or anything?" She didn't really need need a bodyguard, she was perfectly capable of looking after herself but she was enjoying talking to Kenny a lot, and so welcomed the chance to prolong the conversation for a couple of minutes.
