Sleep was a wonderful thing but Graham hadn't been getting enough of it. He certainly hadn't gotten enough of it the previous night so as he worked on his Trasfigurations homework Graham felt his eyes getting heavy. An hour later he was in a deep sleep. The moment the door made that creaking noise however, Graham's eyes shot open, head lifted and a hand ran over his face to wipe away the cobwebs. Maybe that was part of his problem; he was an incredibly light sleeper. Turning, through still sleepy eyes, Graham looked to see who had come in.

Rose hadn't noticed that anyone was in the room when she hurried in, and now she was stood with her back to the original occupant, peeking out the door she had just come in to make sure her pursuer hadn't seen where she was going. He didn't seem to have spotted her, which was all the better for Rose. She heaved a sigh of relief as she turned around, then jumped with a start as she spotted someone else. "Oh, Sorry - didn't mean to uhh... intrude." She said with a small smile, her cheeks turning pink as her hair.

The girl hadn't seemed to notice he was there yet, which was lucky for Graham considering it gave him just enough time to swipe his hand over his mouth to make sure he hadn't drooled any. He hadn't but but safe than sorry. "It's no problem." Her behavior had been suspicious though so he couldn't help but but the slightest bit curious. "Who are you hiding from?"

"This Ravenclaw who seems to think that cheesy pick up lines will get me to go to Hogsmeade with him this weekend. He's been asking for three years - usually by Thursdays before he reaches a fever pitch and I have to hide" Rose explained, then crossed the room in two steps, offering her hand, "Sorry, probably more information than you need. I'm Rose."

Graham took the girl's hand giving it a brief shake. "Sounds frightful, Rose." He didn't mind her over sharing it was kind of cute actually. "I'm Graham. So you always just hide from the guy?" He checked.

"Well I hide, or I run... yeah, that sounds about right." Rose nodded.

"Doesn't seem like its working for you." Graham pointed out. If the Ravenclaw still pursued despite her current tactics it wasn't working. "Might try a new tact."

"Well, I'm running out of options. I started out by letting him down easy, and then I tried being outright, and then finally I went out with him once, and then I tried being outright again - and now I'm at hiding. Short of actually dating someone else, which I'm not sure would work, even still, I don't know what else to do." Rose explained. Then she hopped up on the desk beside him. "What would you do?"

The kid was clearly delusional but dealing with unwanted attention from a boy wasn't the same as dealing with a girl. With girls it was about being delicate. "Try kicking his ass, or get some guy to pose as your boyfriend and threaten him." With someone that persistent it was probably going to take brute force to get through to him.

"I'm not exactly built for kicking arse," Rose pointed out, gesturing to herself - though it was true that she should find a big scary faux boyfriend to chase him off. "He's not exactly small.., I wouldn't be able to take him in my wildest dreams."

"Fighting isn't always about size." If you were quicker, for example, you stood a good enough chance. "But you could just kick him in the balls, that should send the right kind of message."

"Kick him lightly." Graham amended. It was a mix bag really. Drastic times called for drastic measures but if you expected results you had to be willing to take some risks.

"If he's a douche its probably best he doesn't reproduce anyway." Graham said by way of explanation. "Sure, I'll do it for you." Hey, any excuse to beat the living daylights out of some idiot.
